SHIPPING POLICY
Services:
Medical ID Fashions offers multiple ways to ship to our customers by using the following services:
1. US Postal Service – USA and International
2. UPS – USA and International
Just choose the appropriate service level with the delivery timetable that fits your requirements.
What’s Included:
All shipping methods include shipping costs, handling, and insurance. Any special shipper handling services may require extra costs. No COD accepted.
What Affects Delivery Time:
Because all bracelets and plates are custom handmade to each customer’s order, it usually takes a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery with First Class postage excluding weekends and holidays. There is also a minimum of 3 working days to process the order, to build a bracelet, and/or to engrave a plate before it can be shipped. The shipping method time is over and above our 3 day upfront building/engraving process. Complex bracelet designs may require additional time.
Expedited Shipping:
Unless there are special arrangements and possibly increased expediting costs, this timing cannot be accelerated. However, the faster (higher cost) shipping methods can reduce the overall delivery time.
Unconfirmed Orders May Take Longer:
Note: The delivery time may go beyond 2 weeks if we cannot confirm customer wrist size and engraving information. This is because every customer is called to confirm their wrist size and engraving in an effort to eliminate customer errors. If we cannot reach a customer by phone or email within 3 working days, the order will be put through without this special inquiry and it may go beyond the standard 2 weeks.
International Shipping:
Shipping outside the USA can take substantially longer depending on the distance to the countries served, shipping methods and their individual Customs processing times. We cannot control and we are not responsible for Customs fees, tariffs and duties.
Estimated Delivery Times Are Not Guaranteed:
Any general time frame estimates are not represented as a guarantee. Every shipping service may experience delays due to weather, strikes, terrorism and acts of god that are beyond our control and for which we cannot be held responsible. Please consult the USPS and UPS for usual and expected delivery times after a package has shipped along with their terms of agreement.
