Suggestions for Engraving Text:
1. A maximum of 4 lines of text are allowed on the
back of a standard ID plate.
2. There is a limit of 18 characters, all upper case, per
line (spaces are counted). The fewer characters or lines
(i.e., less text), the larger, more legible the text will be.
3. Very Important: Be clear about which medications
you are allergic to.For example: “PENICILLIN ALLERGY”
4. If you are at risk for Lymphedema, indicate which
arm or leg is at risk...
For example: “RIGHT ARM, NO NEEDLES, NO BP”
5. Do not engrave your Social Security number.
6. Check your spelling and order quantities carefully.
Custom engraving is not refundable.
7. Engraving and ID Plate costs will be added onto
the cost of the bracelet(s).

1. First and last name

shortened to: “ICE 888-888-8888”.
